About The Position
Rodgers Wade is looking for an Assembly Lead to join our team in Paris, Texas!
Requirements
- Experience in construction or assembly work
- Comfort using tools and working with wood or laminates
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Responsibilities
- Verifies quality of finished pieces in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Handles and resolves work and employee issues as needed.
- Continually trains and develops employees to facilitate job growth and cross training.
- Participates in hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Immediately notifies supervision of any issues related to material quality and documentation as well as tool performance and needs.
