About The Position

Imagine this At the start of your shift, you review KPI dashboards and hold a quick huddle with production and operations. You align staffing, assign tasks to the right operators, and verify equipment readiness. Mid-shift, you conduct a safety walk, mentor a new hire through standardized work, and kick off a CI action to remove a bottleneck—ensuring on-time delivery and meeting customer requirements. Your mission Coordinate the daily flow of work across production and operations teams to achieve KPIs. Delegate assignments to the appropriate teams and personnel based on skills and priorities. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to elevate efficiency and customer satisfaction. Own hiring, onboarding, training, and skill development for production associates. Uphold all safety policies and procedures, modeling safe behaviors at all times. What it takes Experience supervising production in a manufacturing/production environment. Knowledge of production tools, equipment, and processes. Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate and guide teams. Clear, concise written and verbal communication. Requirements
