You will play a vital role in testing, troubleshooting, and assembling technologically advanced equipment in a large-scale manufacturing environment. Your contributions will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position requires the ability to access U.S.-only data systems.
  • Active Secret Clearance is required.
  • High school diploma or an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with 4 years of relevant experience in electronics, military training in electronic testing/troubleshooting, or equivalent experience/education in testing and assembly processes.
  • RF/electronics troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with test equipment and schematics
  • Strong experience using schematics and drawings to troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits.
  • Familiarity with oscilloscopes, controllers, power supply modules, and I/O modules at the component level.
  • Ability to work long periods while standing, bending, and walking.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and team-oriented self-starter with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of product tests, troubleshooting, and repairs using detailed work instructions, test procedures, engineering documents, and schematics.
  • Inspect, maintain, and calibrate avionics equipment, support equipment (SE), and aircraft components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair radio frequency systems, systems components, wiring harnesses, circuit card assemblies, logic circuits, microwave equipment, servomechanisms, antennas, and power supply circuits.
  • Utilize electrical test sets, handheld equipment, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) to identify failed components, order parts, and maintain stock.
  • Set up and operate testing equipment and document test results accurately.
  • Perform physical movement of materials to and from testing platforms.
  • Use ERP systems such as SAP/PRISM/CMES/IMRO to support testing and assembly processes.
  • Identify and select components for sub-assembly and assembly units.
  • Utilize small hand tools (soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers) for assembly tasks.
  • Make set-ups, alignments, and adjustments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain a strong safety focus in all activities.
