You'll work a steady Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime available as needed. This day shift position gives you your evenings and weekends free while also offering the chance to earn more when extra hours are required. As an Assembly and Production Associate, you will start your day preparing your work area and reviewing production guidelines. You will accurately cut and assemble hydraulic hoses, always following strict company policies and customer requirements. Throughout your shift, you will safely operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment, making sure every product meets the highest quality standards. You will complete and submit inspection paperwork, identify and address any issues with nonconforming products, and collaborate closely with your team to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines. Keeping your workspace neat and organized will be second nature as you demonstrate best practices, participate in training, and occasionally take on additional tasks as assigned.
