About The Position

You'll work a steady Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime available as needed. This day shift position gives you your evenings and weekends free while also offering the chance to earn more when extra hours are required. As an Assembly and Production Associate, you will start your day preparing your work area and reviewing production guidelines. You will accurately cut and assemble hydraulic hoses, always following strict company policies and customer requirements. Throughout your shift, you will safely operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment, making sure every product meets the highest quality standards. You will complete and submit inspection paperwork, identify and address any issues with nonconforming products, and collaborate closely with your team to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines. Keeping your workspace neat and organized will be second nature as you demonstrate best practices, participate in training, and occasionally take on additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use equipment such as saws, crimpers, and forklifts
  • Willingness to learn and follow standard practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions and documents
  • Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs. using proper technique
  • Ability to apply basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and use tape measures and digital calipers
  • Basic computer skills and ability to type 25+ wpm
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency

Nice To Haves

  • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Forklift certification is also a plus, but training is provided as needed
