About The Position

Assembler will be responsible for following quality, safety, and production standards, and all applicable ISO 9000 Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions. As an assembler , you’ll be part of our team located in Martin, TN. You’ll get to: Production duties as assigned by Team Coach and Team Leader Setup workstation Assist in change over and Lean procedures Visual inspection of work in process and finished product Check process and finished parts using checking fixtures and gauges Understand the safe operation of all equipment. Follow quality, production, safety standards, and ISO and Company procedures. Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30lbs
• Ability to use required hand tools and air guns
• Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to interact with people
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing Standards
• Effective communication skills as well as good written skills.
