As an Assembler, you will work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods to meet internal and external customer demands. No experience is necessary. We provide extensive on-the-job training within the team and full support along the way!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
• Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods
• Attention to detail
• Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods to meet internal and external customer demands
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
