About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for all activities related to the quality operations of Metal Case Assembly. This includes the assembly of metal cases, ensuring compliance with quality standards, testing, inspection, packaging, metal finishing, prototype running, and other metal case production work. The role may also involve training others once competency is demonstrated.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Good hand and eye coordination.
• Ability to read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience using small hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of metal cases including insertion of rivets, brackets, and miscellaneous hardware.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation.
• Testing, inspection, and packaging of product.
• Metal finishing, prototype running, and other metal case production work.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Train others in similar roles once competency in position is demonstrated.
