We are currently searching for Assemblers to join the team! The Assemblers are responsible for the assembly of kits that include different products including wipes, microfiber cloths, lens cleaning spray, and other items. The hours for the Assembler role are 7:00am - 3:30pm. If you’re looking to join a great team, we’d love to hear from you! Requirements

  • You have experience completing kitting or assembly work
  • Able to understand work orders that are processed, and the ability to work in fast paced environment
  • This role requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • This role requires the ability to sit for long periods of time and complete repetitive task
  • This role requires hand dexterity

Responsibilities

  • Assemble work orders.
  • Packing of product in multiple configurations, light machine operations (shrinking machine, auto vial, blistering) and utilizing scales for measurement
  • Pack multi-product displays, varying in quantity and type
  • Verify order correctness and complete final packing and boxing
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Incentive Plan: Attendance- Employee must have worked 85% (148 hours) of the working days in a given month for the home department earning the incentive. Productivity - Must have efficiency more than 85% minimum for the month. Violations - If an employee receives a write up due to a policy violation or quality issue, they will not be eligible for the incentive for that month. Employment- Must be a full time Hilco employee for more than 30 days. The employee must be actively employed on the date of the incentive payout to receive it.
