What You'll Do As an Assembler at our Avon Lake facility, you’ll be a critical part of our manufacturing team. You’ll work on an assembly line to build and test components, ensuring each product meets our high standards of quality and reliability. You'll use tools, machines, and work instructions to bring our products to life—while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to read and comprehend written, verbal, and diagram instructions
  • Strong basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide (including fractions and decimals)
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
  • Willingness to learn and apply new skills and processes

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of an assembly team to build products according to specifications
  • Reading and interpreting production routings, blueprints, and bills of material
  • Operating hydraulic/manual presses and simple assembly machinery
  • Pulling parts and materials needed for assembly tasks
  • Completing accurate labor documentation and inventory tracking
  • Maintaining clean and orderly workstations in line with safety and 5S standards
  • Participating in cross-training and supporting other assembly tasks as needed
  • Following all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and knowledge of MSDS
  • Adhering to work schedules including start/end times, rest breaks, and cleanup periods.
