About The Position

The Assembler is primarily responsible for safely, accurately, and efficiently assemble wood and metal components into wall panel finished products in accordance with design measurements and specifications.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Ability to read or learn to read a tape measure.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately place pre-cut wood component members onto jig in accordance with wall panel design.
• Join wood component members together utilizing staple gun.
• Accurately measure dimension of wall panel to ensure accuracy and quality of build in accordance with design.
• Place metal connector plate components at joints for permanent application in accordance with design.
• Ensure all walls are built according to safety and quality standards.
• Send finished product to packaging/shipping section of the production line.
