About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for assembling merchandise according to specific company or product instructions, including following plans and/or drawings to compose merchandise or products. Organization skills and attention to detail are required to ensure items are secure and safely completed. The associate is also responsible for assisting customers should the need arise. The role involves close interaction with mostly management, co-workers, and occasionally customers. The Assembler may also assist in other areas as needed. Stine is a family-owned company with hundreds of associates, providing home improvement products for new construction, remodeling, and industrial projects.

Requirements

• Must have a high school education or equivalent
• Must be able to read and write competently
• Ability to read, write, and use basic and occasionally specialized tools
• Organization skills
• Attention to detail

• Some stocking experience or product knowledge
