Nationality Requirements Due to the nature of the programs we support, certain roles may require candidates to meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance. Position Summary Be part of a team producing advanced defense products that protect our nation and allies worldwide. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and sub-assemble critical components, learning the craft through on-the-job training that builds your expertise. This is more than just assembly. It’s precision, teamwork, and innovation in action. You’ll contribute directly to high-quality, mission-critical products while growing your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your work truly matters. Monday – Thursday 5:30am – 4:00pm, Possible OT Friday Starting Pay $19.90, Raise at 6 months $20.40, Raise at 12 months $21.00

Requirements

  • 1+ years of warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • HS Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Due to U.S. government contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or otherwise legally authorized to obtain the necessary government approvals.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to distinguish component colors and wiring (color vision required).
  • Proficient in using hand tools and small parts assembly.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet production goals.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Work well with others in team setting
  • Ability to cross train and rotate jobs often
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift).
  • Regular movement may include :Frequent bending, stretching, lifting, walking, and repetitive motion.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to: 10 lbs regularly 25 lbs frequently 50 lbs occasionally
  • Requires use of hands for fine motor tasks and assembly.
  • Ability to move throughout the facility and work in various positions (kneeling, crouching, reaching, etc.).
  • Visual abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
