The Assembler – Mechanical is playing a key role in assembling electro‑mechanical components and subassemblies in alignment with documented processes and Bills of Material (BOM). The role is ensuring functional testing is performed per customer and engineering criteria while maintaining high standards of precision and quality. By applying strong mechanical aptitude, soldering skills, and fine‑detail craftsmanship, the assembler is contributing to reliable product performance and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Have strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience in soldering and small-parts assembly
  • Have proficiency in using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment
  • Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team
  • Have strong attention to detail, problem‑solving capability, and an ownership mindset
  • Have the ability to sit/stand for extended periods and handle small components with fine motor control
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Assembling electro‑mechanical components and subassemblies according to documented procedures and BOM requirements
  • Performing functional testing based on customer specifications and engineering standards
  • Using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment to complete high‑accuracy builds
  • Applying hands‑on soldering skills to support component and wiring assembly
  • Inspecting parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance criteria
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established processes
  • Collaborating with team members and supporting continuous improvement activities
