About The Position

As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and products in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. You will work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of products. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location. In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the quality and timely completion of assemblies, contributing to the overall success of our aerospace products.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience
  • English fluency - speaking, reading, writing
  • Comfort and ability to utilize a microscope
  • Experience using precision hand tools and assembly while working under a microscope
  • Ability and comfort working in a cleanroom
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to assemble components and subassemblies
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks
  • Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
  • Assemble and test components and products according to engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Inspect and verify the accuracy of assembled products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
