Support production operations by assembling components and subassemblies that make up our temperature-controlled packaging systems. As an Assembly I, you will follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure every product meets our manufacturing and performance requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use small hand tools.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within production timelines.
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred.
- Experience working with standard operating procedures or quality-controlled environments is helpful.
- Experience using measuring tools or inspection devices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assemble basic components and subassemblies using small tools, fixtures, and manual assembly techniques.
- Follow written and verbal work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Use measuring tools and testing instruments to verify product quality.
- Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Notify supervisors or managers when quality issues or production concerns arise.
- Complete work documentation and production records accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals.
- Follow all quality management system (QMS) standards and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
