Support production operations by assembling components and subassemblies that make up our temperature-controlled packaging systems. As an Assembly I, you will follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure every product meets our manufacturing and performance requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use small hand tools.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within production timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with standard operating procedures or quality-controlled environments is helpful.
  • Experience using measuring tools or inspection devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble basic components and subassemblies using small tools, fixtures, and manual assembly techniques.
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Use measuring tools and testing instruments to verify product quality.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Notify supervisors or managers when quality issues or production concerns arise.
  • Complete work documentation and production records accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals.
  • Follow all quality management system (QMS) standards and company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
