About The Position

Assembler I employees perform basic assembly tasks under direct supervision. This role focuses on learning production processes, developing foundational technical skills, and supporting higher-level assemblers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical concepts
• Ability to read simple drawings and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback
• Overtime determined by the needs of the business

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level assembly of components and parts using provided instructions, drawings, and schematics
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Inspect own work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Assist in material handling, staging, and organization of parts
• Document production activities as required
• Seek guidance and support while developing proficiency in core assembly skills
