About The Position

The responsibility of the Assembler is to take various molded products and trim and/or assemble them into finished goods within quality and efficiency standards. 2nd Shift - 4:30pm - 3:00am - Monday through Thursday - Pay $19.00 + $1.00 Differential. Medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation and paid holidays.

Requirements

Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to read and write proficiently in English
Ability to use hand and power tools
Ability to operate and maintain industrial equipment
1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

Pull and review work instructions prior to starting a job. Review production priorities.
Ensures that all necessary information and tools required for each job are in place before work begins.
Retrieves product for trimming or assembly and moves to designated areas when complete.
Finishes molded product using various methods designated for the job. These methods include, but not limited to: Use of hand and power tools. Use of pallet jack. Use of hot iron. Use of open flame.
Completes product labels and ensures product is identified throughout each operation.
Responsible for final inspection of product and ensures that product is of good quality before shipping to the Customer.
Use of Reporting system to record production.
