What Drives Success Under direct supervision, performs routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes. Performs basic assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks of a routine nature using the assigned tools and equipment. May perform simple measurement/test operations.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic shop skills and equipment operation knowledge.
Follows strict specifications.
Basic mechanical ability.
Able to read, write, accurately read a tape measure, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Performs routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes.
Performs basic assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks of a routine nature using the assigned tools and equipment.
May perform simple measurement/test operations.
