About The Position

Assembling and fabricating components by accurately following detailed technical drawings, work orders, and engineering specifications Utilizing hand and power tools, along with precision measuring instruments, to construct and install parts ensuring compliance with quality standards Conducting routine inspections and quality checks to verify that fabricated products meet defined tolerances and operational requirements Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with DoD and industry safety protocols Documenting production activities and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall fabrication efficiency and product quality #LI-TF1 FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements

  • Three plus years experience in assemblers or fabricator role
  • One plus years experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions to accurately fabricate and assemble components according to specified tolerances and quality standards
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments to ensure precision in fabrication and assembly processes while adhering to established DoD guidelines
  • Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
  • SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and basic inspection techniques to verify dimensional accuracy and functional integrity of fabricated components
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other inventory tracking software to support efficient production operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly issues, contributing to continuous process improvement
