Assemblers must be quick, organized, adaptable to change, and focused. Being a team player and having a dedication to quality are also a must. Assembly in our plants consists of various lines with several general steps in producing each product. Depending on the product requirement,s assemblers may do all or some of the steps below. The general steps of assembly include:

• Performs other responsibilities as needed
