About The Position

Assembler 2 In this role you You are responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under direct supervision. Your role: Assesses quality output of products through diligent performance of quality tests as per defined instructions and specifications, maintaining consistency and reliability in production standards. Communicates any disruptions or deviations encountered during the production process to the Manufacturing group leader, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing downtime. Operates safely of a diverse array of machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group, adhering closely to instructions to maintain operational efficiency and product integrity. Ensures seamless production by adeptly setting up or adjusting equipment according to stringent manufacturing specifications, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards. You're the right fit if: High School Diploma, Vocational training or equivalent. Your skills include ability to perform work in accordance with current written or verbal work instructions, follow workplace health and safety instructions, basic computer skills. Experience within a Manufacturing environment is preferred. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Plymouth MN is $17.75 to $24.25 Annually. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
