About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ASPICE Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering professional to support and enhance project execution through rigorous process oversight and ASPICE‑aligned quality practices. In this role, you will ensure that development activities meet established process standards, drive compliance across project teams, and maintain high-quality deliverables throughout the lifecycle. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, provide structured QA guidance, lead audits, and represent the QA organization in customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience performing QA activities within structured development environments.
  • 3+ years of strong hands-on experience of ASPICE processes, compliance requirements, and quality frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience preparing and maintaining QA Plans and conducting plan reviews.
  • Expertise in performing Work Product and Process Audits using standardized checklists.
  • Solid understanding of KPI tracking, analysis, and reporting within project environments.
  • Experience participating in GAP analyses, audits, and formal assessments.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to identify non‑compliances and drive timely corrective actions and escalation.
  • Experience preparing Customer Quality Reports and participating in customer-facing reviews.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage quality expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) activities aligned with approved development processes, with a strong focus on ASPICE compliance with assigned projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage QA Plans to support project quality objectives and compliance expectations. Review project plans and sub‑plans during creation and major updates to ensure process adherence and consistency.
  • Conduct peer reviews of QA Plans to maintain high standards of quality and documentation accuracy. Monitor project KPIs and analyze performance trends to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Perform Work Product Audits and Process Audits according to predefined checklists and organizational standards. Perform additional QA Engineering activities as needed to support project and organizational goals
  • Participate in GAP analyses, project audits, and assessments as scheduled across the project lifecycle. Attend project meetings to provide QA insights, guidance, and ongoing process support.
  • Engage in QA organization meetings and reviews, contributing to continuous process and quality improvement. Report, track, and escalate non‑compliance issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver Customer Quality Reports in alignment with customer and project requirements. Represent the QA organization in customer-facing discussions to support transparency and trust.
