One way we do this is by providing: GREAT PAY Competitive pay: $26–$28 per hour EXCELLENT BENEFITS 100% employer‑paid medical insurance after 60 days ($8,039.76 annual value) Dental & vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) & Roth with 5% company match Periodic & annual bonuses Overtime opportunities FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE April–November Early start times: 5:00–6:00 AM Weather‑dependent shifts Overtime and weekend work are required during peak periods Summer‑only employment available (June–August) YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ASPHALT SEALCOATING CREW MEMBER You'll work closely with a small, tight-knit crew on projects throughout Central PA. Your day includes: Sealcoating commercial parking lots using the spray method Filling pavement cracks Cleaning pavement with blowers and brooms Loading materials and maintaining equipment Collaborating with your crew to complete projects efficiently Growing into opportunities to work on prevailing wage highway and municipal jobs with higher pay You'll be outside daily, seeing visible progress from start to finish. REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME OUR ASPHALT SEALCOATING CREW MEMBER We're looking for people who: Show up on time every day Work hard and stay productive Take pride in quality work Work well in a crew environment Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in the heat Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Construction/asphalt experience is a plus - we will train the right person!
