Asphalt Pavement Sealcoating & Patching Foreman MCP Facility Services is expanding its Asphalt Pavement Sealcoating & Patching Division and is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Foreman to support field operations. The Foreman is a working position, focused on performing asphalt sealcoating and patching work, maintaining jobsite organization, and supporting the Asphalt Lead with day‑to‑day execution.

Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience with asphalt pavement sealcoating and parking lot patching
  • Strong working knowledge of sealcoating equipment, materials, and application techniques
  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
  • Ability to safely operate and transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
  • Understanding of jobsite safety practices and PPE requirements
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and quality‑focused
  • Clear communicator and team‑oriented worker
  • Ability to work independently while following direction from the Asphalt Lead

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA 10 certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, patching, and related work alongside the crew.
  • Support smooth daily jobsite operations by helping coordinate materials, equipment, and workflow.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
  • Follow MCP quality standards and safe work practices at all times.
  • Assist the Asphalt Lead by identifying workmanship concerns, site challenges, or safety issues.
  • Properly use and care for tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Assist with daily job readiness, including setup, breakdown, and material needs.
  • Adapt to changing weather, site conditions, and schedules as directed by the Asphalt Lead.
  • Communicate jobsite updates or concerns to the Asphalt Lead in a timely manner.
  • Act as a professional on‑site presence when interacting with property managers/owners or site contacts.
  • Refer client concerns, scope questions, or change requests to the Asphalt Lead.
