Responsibilities
- Operate or assist with asphalt pavers, rollers, and other equipment
- Help install smooth, durable asphalt surfaces for driveways, roads, parking lots, and more
- Set up job sites safely and efficiently
- Assist in grading, drainage setup, and preparing gravel foundations before paving
- Help ensure all paving meets quality standards and project specifications
- Work closely with a crew and foreman to get the job done right
- Follow directions clearly and communicate effectively with others on-site
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet for long periods
- Follow all safety guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe
