  • Define and implement IP/SoC emulation efforts
  • build emulation test benches to enable IP/sub-system/SoC level emulation
  • Develop tests and test plans to drive validation and achieve validation metrics including functional and performant features.
  • Ability to debug, root-cause and resolve failures in the design and environment , partnering with the Design team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Design, Modeling, Verification and Silicon validation teams to achieve the highest design quality
  • Develop and drive improvements using the latest methodologies, tools, and technologies.
  • Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering (any) or a related field and 5 years of work experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  • Requires 5 years of experience in the following skills:
  • Create and deploy emulation systems for Multi-chip/SoC/IP designs and understanding trade-offs between emulation resources, performance and ease of debug
  • Experience with commercial solutions like cadence(palladium/protium), Synopsys(zebu), Siemens (Veloce)
  • Develop emulation compilation and build flows and from scratch
  • Develop tests to ensure robust emulation platform and aid development of low level software such as baremetal and firmware
  • Experience with SystemVerilog and C++ to model RTL components and emulation infrastructures
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl and TCL to create flows and automation and
  • Experience in reproducing post-silicon issues and debugging them on emulators
