POSITION SUMMARY The Aseptic Relief Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and is based out of our Hendersonville, North Carolina location. This individual will be responsible for backfilling and/or assisting the Production positions of Filler Operator, Label Operator, and Case Packer Operator when needed. For backfilling/assisting the Filler Operator position: Being responsible for one production line filler and support equipment for filling products and being responsible for product quality and product safety (including CQP and CCP monitoring requirements). Performing product and package changeovers. Keeping material and product loss to a minimum. Performing product quality checks. For backfilling/assisting the Label Operator position: Being responsible for operating 1-2 production line labelers associated with the line the employee has been assigned to in an efficient manner. For backfilling/assisting the Case Packer Operator position: Operating the Case Packer associated with the line the employee has been assigned to in an efficient manner. Employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail through many changes. They will be accountable for food safety, food quality, and regulatory requirements in all roles assigned. Employee will be expected to maintain a clean and orderly work area on an on-going basis, in compliance with the company’s good housekeeping practices, and must adopt and maintain all SQF requirements.
