Responsibilities
- Assures resident care according to the accepted standards.
- Observes, assesses, and reports resident condition/changes and documents in record.
- Administers medication/treatments as prescribed.
- Receives, transcribes and implements physician’s order.
- Implements and evaluates care plans.
- Identifies and secures equipment supplies
- Directs, hold accountable and oversees subordinates
- Monitors infection control compliance
- Investigates and documents accidents and incidents.
