In this critical leadership role you will lead a Formulation team to ensure aseptic products are manufactured in accordance with applicable regulations, Lifecore policies and procedures, and industry standards. As an Aseptic Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to: Ensure the operational status of manufacturing equipment, clean rooms, utilities and processes in accordance with the current state of aseptic pharmaceutical science Effectively lead, train, and develop staff Schedule and coordinate aseptic manufacturing tasks Review manufacturing process for conformance to regulatory requirements, scientific principles, and efficient use of resources Ensure timely completion of aseptic batches to meet production goals Communicate problems and/or opportunities, which ensure efficient production and quality product Review and approve Variances, Design Control Proposals and Change Orders when appropriate Assist with and/or perform non-conformance investigations Review production schedule and assist with schedule updates on a routine basis This position could be a great fit if you are a strong manufacturing leader with the following:

Requirements

  • BS in Life Sciences or Engineering or Associate degree with equivalent experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or food industries
  • At least 3 years of aseptic pharmaceutical experience and supervisory or leadership experience
  • Ability to maintain proper GMP documentation
  • Experience with aseptic processing principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills and aptitude

Responsibilities
