We are currently searching for a AS400 Developer Sr : Responsibilities: Develop and maintain core business applications on the IBM AS400 (iSeries) platform. Provide production support and system enhancements within high-scale enterprise environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using analytical problem-solving skills. Collaborate effectively with onsite business teams and offshore development groups. Utilize IBM i tools (PDM, SEU, SDA, RLU) to manage and refine code and displays. Support logistics and transportation modules, ensuring system reliability for global operations. Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on experience specifically with IBM AS400 . Expertise in RPG, RPGLE, ILE RPG , and CL / CLLE . Strong command of DB2/400 SQL for database management and querying. Proven experience in development and production support for large-scale enterprises. Proficiency with green screen environments and traditional development tools ( PDM, SEU, SDA, RLU ). Excellent communication skills to bridge gaps between technical and business stakeholders. Desired: Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and general logistics processes. Knowledge of i2 Transportation Management modules (Planning, Execution, and Visibility). Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish. Note: Fully remote. Requirements
