Artificial Intelligence Quality Assurance Nurse
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Nurse with skilled nursing facility quality management experience to serve as our Artificial Intelligence Quality Assurance (AIQA) Nurse . This is a leadership-level quality role , not a staffing or floor nurse position. The AI QA Nurse leads the facility’s quality analytics, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement initiatives by combining clinical expertise with data-driven monitoring systems. The role integrates electronic medical record analytics, predictive monitoring tools, and artificial intelligence-assisted reporting to identify clinical risk trends, improve resident outcomes, and strengthen regulatory compliance. This position works closely with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and interdisciplinary leadership team to ensure the facility’s QAPI program, documentation integrity, and performance improvement initiatives remain proactive rather than reactive. The ideal candidate is an experienced SNF nurse leader who understands QAPI, documentation audits, PDPM, survey readiness, and clinical trend analysis.
