Requirements

Eight (8) or more years of experience in software development or AI/ML engineering, including delivery of AI-enabled applications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

Nice To Haves

Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and development toolchains.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
Experience supporting Federal IT systems.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and application components supporting mission and operational use cases.
Preprocess, analyze, and manage large and complex datasets for AI development.
Implement and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning frameworks to improve model performance.
Integrate AI models into production systems and enterprise platforms .
Document AI code, algorithms, and design decisions.
Support testing, validation, and deployment across development, test, and production environments.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend enhancements aligned with ITA priorities.
