This person will be the lead art director for their assigned accounts, will be instrumental in helping shape the strategy from an art perspective for their brands, and will oversee and mentor other art contributors. Requirements
- Talent for Visual Design and Art Creation: 6-8 years of design and art direction experience, showcasing excellent design skills and conceptual thinking.
- Passion for Science and Healthcare: Ability to translate clinical information into persuasive visuals.
- Insatiable Curiosity: Always exploring advertising, health, and pharma trends.
- Drive to Succeed: A lifelong learner dedicated to improving work and team strength.
Responsibilities
- Own the Brand Identity, Artwork, Data Visualization, and Brand Story: Create original graphics for clear and engaging communications.
- Transform Intricate Medical and Scientific Information: Into compelling visuals, while mentoring junior art directors.
- Lead Visual Creation: Ensure projects align with brand strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Copy Partners: Bring information to life visually and in layout.
- Demonstrate Expertise Across Tactics: Print, digital, social, and motion for HCP and patient audiences.
- Deliver Client Presentations: Consistently present to clients and regional teams.
- Contribute Innovative Concepts: To agency-wide creative initiatives, including new campaigns.
