The Role: What You’ll Do Concept, art direct, design, and execute creative across a wide range of channels: social, digital, TV, AR, branding, packaging, experiential, print, OOH, and more Partner closely with a copywriter to develop bold, ownable creative ideas Turn loose ideas into sharp visuals through mockups, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts Translate brand and business strategy into visually compelling systems Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Social, and Retail Push work beyond “expected” while keeping it grounded and executable Help define and raise the creative bar as the brand grows Proactively explore and lean into the latest and greatest creative tools and technologies to continue to push the creative boundaries, while making sure efficiency is key Other duties as assigned.
