About The Position

Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm working with top health and wellness companies. We’re filling this role for a fast-growing consumer brand redefining how people access and experience energy. This is an early, high-impact hire within a fast-moving team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how the brand shows up across every touchpoint, building a cohesive and scalable creative system from the ground up. The environment is high-ownership and execution-focused—ideal for someone who wants to do meaningful work, move quickly, and directly influence brand and business outcomes. We’re looking for an Art Director to define and evolve the brand’s creative vision across ecommerce, paid media, video, and digital channels. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll not only set the creative direction but also execute, refine, and scale it—owning everything from performance creative to brand storytelling. You’ll manage designers, lead creative reviews, and elevate the overall standard of output across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in design and art direction within a DTC or ecommerce environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ecommerce, paid media, and performance-driven creative
  • Proven ability to evolve a brand identity into a cohesive, scalable system
  • Strong eye for photography and video direction (hands-on production not required)
  • Experience managing in-house designers and external creative partners
  • Ability to clearly articulate creative direction and lead teams toward a shared vision
  • Deep understanding of performance creative and what drives results across digital channels

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital channels, including photography, color systems, and overall art direction
  • Design and art direct ecommerce assets, paid media, and direct response creative
  • Establish clear visual standards for photography and video, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand expression
  • Build and document a scalable creative system so all assets feel consistent and intentional
  • Lead and mentor designers, setting direction and driving creative problem-solving
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, social, sales, and product teams to support growth and performance goals
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled creative tools to improve speed and output
