About The Position

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Art Director to join our creative team and help lead the brand’s creative expression across packaging, branding, and multi-channel marketing. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director and Creative Director, this role calls for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can develop compelling key visuals, translate them into scalable creative systems, and ensure excellence across all consumer touchpoints. The Art Director will be instrumental in shaping brand identity, driving packaging innovation, and delivering bold, innovative work that resonates with audiences across print, digital, retail, and experiential channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings experience in the CPG space (health and wellness a plus), and has a genuine interest in vitamins and supplements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or branding
  • Expertise in CPG packaging and branding, ideally within the health and wellness space.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop impactful creative systems that adapt across packaging and marketing applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • An interest in vitamins and supplements as the subject matter.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools, as well as emerging creative technologies.
  • Experience with packaging design, dyelines, print production, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials, sustainability considerations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with cross functional collaboration – photographers, videographers, illustrators, and external vendors.

  • Own projects from concept to execution, building ideas from the ground up and delivering original, thought-provoking creative that drives brand impact.
  • Design packaging that communicates brand values, stands out on shelf, and drives consumer engagement.
  • Develop and own key visual concepts that anchor campaigns, product launches, and seasonal storytelling.

  • Translate brand identity, packaging, and key visuals into flexible creative systems that adapt seamlessly across digital, print, social, retail, and experiential marketing.
  • Oversee brand guidelines and packaging standards, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence across all consumer-facing platforms.
  • Partner with marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure creative aligns with business goals and resonates across channels.
  • Collaborate with production, regulatory, and vendor teams to deliver packaging that balances creativity, functionality, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale and vision.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, design innovations, packaging technologies, and marketing best practices to push creative boundaries.
