About The Position

We’re not looking for someone to “make things look good.” We’re looking for someone who can elevate the standard of creative across an entire brand. As our Art Director, you will play a critical role in shaping how our brand shows up in a competitive, fast-moving CPG supplements space. This is a hands-on role for a conceptual thinker with serious design range, someone who understands performance marketing but refuses to let it become creatively predictable. You’ll help us create work that not only converts, but builds brand equity. Work that performs in paid media and still feels like a brand people want to be part of.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media creative
  • A strong conceptual mind. You think in ideas, not just executions
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both brand-building campaigns and performance-driven creative
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Figma experience a plus)
  • Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to take feedback, push work forward and defend strong creative thinking
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in CPG, DTC, health & wellness or supplements strongly preferred
  • Figma experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Set and uphold a high bar for visual craft across digital, paid media, e-commerce, packaging support, and campaign work
  • Partner with the Creative Director to evolve and strengthen the brand’s visual identity
  • Lead concept development for seasonal campaigns, product launches and evergreen performance creative
  • Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual territories that feel fresh, strategic and scalable
  • Lead art direction for paid social, display, video and performance marketing creative
  • Develop thumb-stopping concepts that balance brand storytelling with conversion strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Growth and Performance teams to iterate based on data without sacrificing creative integrity
  • Design and oversee asset systems that scale efficiently across formats and platforms
  • Execute high-level design work across digital ads, landing pages, email and e-commerce
  • Create visually distinctive layouts, typography systems and graphic assets
  • Ensure all deliverables meet premium CPG standards
  • Guide photo and video direction for campaigns and product storytelling
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Paid Media and Retention teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Collaborate with copywriters to build integrated campaign concepts
  • Support packaging and retail creative alignment when needed
  • Present concepts confidently and clearly to internal stakeholders
