The ideal candidate would be an artist with considerable skill and passion for arts and crafts to join our team. For over a decade, PALS has been providing excellent services for the Individuals we serve. PALS is seeking experienced, energetic, strong and dedicated staff to assist in leading the exceptional services that are delivered to our Individuals daily. Essential Functions: Responsible for supervision and support to adults with developmental disabilities including, but not limited to, money management, personal hygiene, community integration, skill building and maintaining a safe environment. Responsible for keeping accurate documentation, including but not limited to, transportation, billing, and program documentation. Safely provide Non-Medical Transportation as needed. Routinely check functions of van and maintain proper maintenance schedule for the vehicle Ensure all safety equipment is in good working order Contribute to and attend weekly staff/house meetings. Promote a supportive environment by modeling the guidelines of company philosophy, confidentiality, people-first language, empowerment, and fair and reasonable treatment of others. Maintain confidentiality of HIPAA records and promoting Individual Rights. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications

Requirements

  • College degree from accredited University or equivalent there of its preferred.
  • Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
  • Acceptable Criminal Background verification.
  • Willingness to provide fun yet responsible supervision and assistance to adults with Developmental Disabilities.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Maintains current and annual training requirements.

Responsibilities
