About The Position

The Art Bridges Internship Program seeks twelve interns for the summer of 2026. Candidates are encouraged to apply for multiple roles with different departments based on their areas of interest. Partner Relations Department Overview: Partner Relations is responsible for stewarding and expanding Art Bridges’ national network of museum partners. We develop and sustain relationships that advance Art Bridges’ mission, ensuring partners are supported through every stage of collaboration, from initial engagement to long-term partnership. Our team connects data, strategy, and communication to guide how Art Bridges understands our partners’ needs and how to meet them. Intern projects may include: Assisting with event planning and coordination for the organization’s annual convening or conference, including tracking RSVPs, preparing materials, and supporting speaker and session organization. Gaining hands-on experience in event coordination and stakeholder engagement. Conducting research on museums, cultural institutions, or other organizations to identify potential partners, assess alignment with the organization’s mission, and compile key insights into reports that inform outreach and strategy. Supporting the analysis and visualization of partner network data to identify trends, regional impacts, and areas for growth. Utilizing mapping tools, dashboards, or other visual formats to communicate insights effectively. Supporting the creation and upkeep of partner profiles by gathering and summarizing background information on Art Bridges’ partner institutions, including missions, collections, and program highlights. Ensuring all materials are accurate, consistent, and up to date. Monitoring submissions from the Asana intake form for partner profile requests—tracking responses, organizing information, and flagging incomplete entries. Coordinating with team members, as needed, to follow up and maintain accurate records. Contributing to the development of an internal reference system or database that makes partner profiles easily accessible and supports cross-departmental engagement and communication. Assisting with importing and organizing data from monthly webinars into Salesforce, maintaining data quality and consistency across platforms. Helping maintain and enhance the webinar dashboard by tracking key metrics, analyzing engagement trends, and providing insights that support program planning and reporting.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program (at the undergraduate or graduate level) or a recent graduate (<1 year) with an interest in entering the workforce as an emerging arts professional
  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Effective time-management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with CRM systems as well as research and web-based search tools strongly preferred
