About The Position
The Arrow Production Assembler is responsible for trimming arrows to length and attaching points and nocks to arrows while following specific customer specifications. Pay rate starting at $17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous experience with hand and power tools a preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a team
- Ability to keep workplace organized, efficient and neat
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting a plus
- Archery experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Trims arrows to length with table saw
- Attaches points and nocks to arrow with glue or other adhesive product
