Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• VantageClear certification or equivalent U.S. security clearance is required
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Capability to lift parts, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies according to detailed specifications.
• Position and align components using templates, measurements, or hoists.
• Utilize hand tools or machines to assemble and secure parts with precision.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify proper fit and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and production goals.
• Accurately record production data and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
