We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team at MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital and provide inpatient psychiatric care for adults with co-occurring medical and mental health needs. Requirements

BC at the time of employment
Licensed in the state of Washington by employment
DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
Minimum of 1-3 years clinical experience with direct patient care with adolescents
Psychiatry ARNP with child & adolescent experience
Board certification in area of licensure
1-3 years of experience working with the adolescent population
Well versed in EPIC EMR
Inpatient psychiatric prescribing experience

Responsibilities

100% inpatient psychiatric care
Average 9 patients per day
Collaborate closely with supervising psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team
Support individuals with significant psychiatric conditions and extended length of stay
Opportunity to deliver integrated psychiatric care within a medical hospital environment
