The Army Aviation Site Manager (UH-60, AH-64, CH-47) is responsible for managing all operational functions and activities at a designated site. This includes directing the accomplishment of site-specific program goals, monitoring and reporting their achievement, and managing the operating budget, manpower, resources, and facilities in performance of contract responsibilities. The manager must adhere to all government and corporate standards. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising all contract activities, serving as the principal representative for Amentum, and continually measuring and analyzing progress. Key responsibilities also include managing personnel, finance, training, supply systems, and support services, as well as maintaining positive relationships with various officials. The manager ensures sufficient and viable contract performance, compliance with quality and safety/environmental standards, and effective management of employee issues. They communicate new requirements and concerns to the PMO and are responsible for the welfare of personnel and optimizing resources.
