Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in R&M.

Responsibilities

• Full understanding of all processes, procedures, and safety risks associated with one or more plant processing areas.
• Demonstrated leadership and personal discipline in performing tasks to ensure product quality and safe operations.
• Knowledge of products and QC analysis to recommend adjustments.
• Proficiency in required transactions within the manufacturing database.
• Ability to operate all plant equipment.
