This role requires carrying a firearm, exercising sound judgment, and responding to potential threats in a calm, professional manner. Duties include conducting patrols, monitoring surveillance and access control systems, responding to alarms and emergencies, maintaining accurate reports and logs, and coordinating with law enforcement as needed. The officer also performs site-specific administrative duties to support daily operations. Strong situational awareness, integrity, customer service skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure are essential. The officer must be properly licensed, trained in firearm safety, and fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
