Armed Security Officer Sanford Area
About The Position
Excelsior Defense are seeking an Armed Security Officer to become part of our exceptional team. Excelsior Defense is looking for a part time to protect our client's premises, assets, and personnel. The selected individual task is to patrol the area, high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions and maintain access control into the property. Doing rounds, scanning in different points throughout the property in the housing contract. The officer needs to be prompt with patrolling the community to making sure everything is safe. This position is in the Sanford Area Part Time: 9pm to 5am Saturday and Sunday
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a security officer or relevant position
- Valid D and G security License (Needs to be active with both Security License)
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Must have your own weapon
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/Protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
- Detailed report writing
Responsibilities
- Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully in direct defense or life or property
- Apprehend criminals and evict violators
- Report in detain any suspicious incidents
- Report Writing
- Patrolling the community to making sure everything is safe
