Requirements

Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Hold a Level III Armed Certification for Texas roles only.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining composure at all times.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter areas.
Monitor for unusual activity and/or potential threats, helping to deter unauthorized access or incidents within the facility.
Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related concerns and support overall site operations.
Adhere to all protocols regarding the handling and carrying of firearms, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
