Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Security Clearance in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a high-technology aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and access concerns with calm, professional communication. You will document observations, coordinate with site contacts and/or emergency responders, and deliver customer service that reflects Allied Universal values of integrity, teamwork, agility, reliability, innovation, and a people-first culture. Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Have a minimum of 3 or more years of combined law enforcement and/or military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control requirements, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of facilities, parking areas, and perimeter zones, checking doors, gates, restricted areas, and critical assets to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems; investigate unusual activity and/or alarm activations and take appropriate action within post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with onsite contacts and public responders as needed.
• Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation; communicate status updates and security-related observations to leadership during shift turnover.
