About The Position

As a Security Guard Armed Patrol Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at an aero and defense location as a Patrol Armed Officer, supporting a high-visibility, mission-focused environment. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, respond to incidents, and document observations while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. This is an armed post requiring Level III Armed Certification. Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement and/or military and/or security-related experience, or have a college degree.
• Have an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
• Operate as an armed patrol officer by following post orders for authorized weapon carry, conducting required equipment checks, and maintaining appropriate weapons retention and control during assigned duties.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including receiving alarms, coordinating with site contacts, and requesting law enforcement and/or medical support as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of facilities, production areas, parking lots, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Complete detailed reports on patrol activity, access control actions, unusual conditions, and incidents, and communicate pertinent information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
