About The Position

Zona Facta Collective is actively seeking qualified Armed Security Officers in the Longview, TX area. We have multiple openings for both full-time and part-time roles. Applicants must possess an active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License (with card in hand), a personal duty pistol (9mm), and reliable transportation. Requirements

Active Texas Level III Security License (must have physical card in hand)
Personal 9mm duty pistol
Reliable transportation (use of company vehicle may be provided based on site)
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass random drug screenings
Professional conduct and accountability are mandatory
Will report directly to the designated site manager
Uniform shirts provided
Agents must maintain clean and presentable tactical attire
Personal duty gear is required

Responsibilities

Conduct mobile and foot patrols of client properties, including manufacturing facilities, retail locations, access points, and parking areas
Maintain vigilance and remain prepared to respond to any emergency situations
Accurately document and report all incidents to both the site manager and Zona Facta management
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude while on duty
Demonstrate respect and courtesy toward employees, visitors, coworkers, and leadership
Uphold Zona Facta Collective's high standards of integrity, performance, and accountability
